Legal notice and terms of use

1. Owner of the site
You can contact the owner of this site and product support at support@cadmetry.com. The domain of this site is cadmetry.com.
2. Purpose
This site provides information about Cadmetry, a web application for 2D/3D laser measuring and CAD/CAM export aimed at natural stone and porcelain workshops. Use of the site is free; use of the application requires signing up and is subject to the terms accepted at that point.
3. The interactive pieces on this site
The diagrams you can interact with — the trilateration on the home page, the phase player and the edge section viewer — run entirely in your browser and are illustrative. They send nothing to any server, they store nothing and they do not replace a real survey: they are there so you can understand the product, not so you can work with it.
4. Accuracy of measurements
Cadmetry computes geometry from the distances the measuring instrument gives it. The accuracy of the result depends on the instrument, on its calibration and on how you aim at each vertex. The owner is not liable for costs arising from a piece cut from badly captured data: checking the dimensions before cutting remains the workshop's responsibility.
5. Intellectual property
The code, the design, the texts and the illustrations on this site belong to its owner. The third-party marks mentioned —Leica, DISTO, Google Drive, Redsys— belong to their respective owners and are named solely to describe the product's compatibility. Cadmetry is not sponsored or endorsed by them.
6. Links
This site links to the Cadmetry application and to its own email addresses. No responsibility is taken for the content of third-party sites that can be reached from here.
7. Applicable law
This relationship is governed by Spanish law. Any dispute shall fall to the courts and tribunals of the owner's domicile, without prejudice to the rights that consumer legislation grants to users acting as consumers.
