If you have a question about your instrument, your CAM or the way you work, put it to us raw — it is more use than a half-filled form. The answer comes from whoever makes the product, not from a call centre.

Write to us

It is sent straight from here, without opening anything else. A simple sum at the end filters out automated submissions — we use no reCAPTCHA and no external service, so your details do not pass through third parties.

Direct, no form

If you are writing about a measuring problem

You save us two emails if you send these from the start:

  • The exact model of your laser meter.
  • Whether the meter shows up or not when you search for it over Bluetooth.
  • The device: Android tablet, iPad, Windows laptop...
  • A screenshot of the piece as it looks.
  • The real measurements taken with a tape, to compare.

That last point is the one that settles 90 % of the 'the measurements come out wrong' cases: without a reference to compare against, no diagnosis is possible.

Where we are

Cadmetry is a web application: it is used from anywhere with a connection. Support and billing are handled in Spanish and in mainland Spanish working hours.
